You might be able to change careers with this training. The first professional training level is the PADI Divemaster course. You must be at least eighteen years old to sign up as a PADI Rescue Diver. Additionally, within the last 24 months, you must have finished an Emergency First Response Primary and Secondary Care (CPR and First Aid) course. To start the course, you have at least 40 logged dives. A doctor must have signed your medical declaration within the last 12 months. You won’t receive your certification until you’ve completed 60 dives.
