Why is the PADI Scuba Diver Course necessary?
The Open Water Diver Course comes after this one. This course will fit you like a diving suit if you want to become a recreational diver but have little preparatory time. This course is a great first step toward becoming a certified Open Water Diver if you want to do scuba diving mostly with a dive guide.
For individuals with little time but a strong desire to become a diver, the PADI Scuba Diver course is essentially a subset of the PADI Open Water Diver course.
Once you have successfully qualified you are allowed to dive to a maximum depth of 12 metres or 40 feet in the company of a guiding instructor. It also entitles you to continue dive training by completing the PADI Open Water Diver certification and taking certain specialty diver courses.You are entitled to obtain air fills, rent or purchase, rent or purchase scuba equipment and participate in dive activities as long as they are properly supervised.

There are three primary phases of the PADI Scuba Diver training. The initial stage is known as knowledge development. You can learn the necessary material in our classroom, online, or via individual study. It will provide opportunities to learn the fundamentals of scuba diving.
The focus of the second phase is on teaching fundamental scuba diving techniques through restricted water dives.
Open water dives are used in the third phase to put your newly acquired abilities to the test in limited spaces.
