SSI Diver Rescue & Stress. The core.
What is stress? Rescue operations and diving mishaps are significantly influenced by stress. You want to learn more about stress management as an active diver.
You will learn how to prevent accidents and deal with difficult situations if they arise through the SSI Diver Stress and Rescue course. Our approach focuses on preventing, identifying, and resolving issues both on and below the surface.
The ability to control panic, identify situations that make rescues more difficult, surface an unconscious diver, use in-water artificial respiration, and react to a scared diver are all noteworthy.
SSI Diver Rescue & Stress. The prerequisites.
- Age requirement: 12 years old.
- possess the physical capacity to perform the necessary abilities.
- Before a certification card is issued, you must provide documentation of your most recent First Aid and CPR training within the last two years.

SSI Diver Rescue & Stress. the sessions of training.
You will participate in three pool/confined water sessions following the completion of all academic sessions and examinations.
After that, we begin three open water training sessions and finish the Diver Stress & Rescue final test with a minimum passing score of 80%.
Certification for SSI Diver Stress & Rescue.
The program’s digital certification card may be issued by the SSI Professional if all academic and in-water criteria have been fulfilled.
Within the suggested depth limitations of their certificates and in settings similar to their training, certified SSI divers are permitted to dive with a friend who is just as competent as they are.
In the relevant program, students under the age of 15 will get certification as SSI Junior Divers, allowing them to dive in situations similar to their training and within the advised depth limitations while being closely supervised by a diving expert or accompanied by a qualified adult.
